Then and Now

Inspired by the 60th anniversary of the Festival of Britain this exhibition takes a look back to events in 1951 and compares it with Milton Keynes today through everyday life, industry, agriculture, architecture, the arts and science. A variety of artefacts from the 1950s, loaned by Milton Keynes Museum, were on display to help illustrate the items people used in their everyday lives.
